[vlc] Module Transcode

Hi!
I'm trying to do a little transcoding with vlc.
I call vlc with: "vlc -vvv file.mp4 --sout
'#transcode{width=400,height=200,vb=300,vcodec=mp4v}:#std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=192.168.0.1}'"
So unfortunatly this does not work. I get the output. I've included the
full output because I don't know what exactly is importend and if there
are no sideeffects between other things not working.
But: I can stream the mp4 file with the command: "vlc file.mp4 --sout
udp://192.168.0.1". So the codecs are there and I can also watch them. I
don't know whats wrong.
