[vlc] Stream in Mobile IPv6

Hi, guys

   I want to use vlc in Mobile IPv6. I have tried to set IPv6 adress as manual 
said, but couldn't stream out. Here is how I set the adress.

# vlc -vvv video.mp4 --ipv6 --sout udp:[3ffe:51a:1:202::20] --ttl 12

Is it impossible to stream in Mobile IPv6?
Please someone teach me how to stream in Mobile IPv6
