[vlc] MPEG2-PS samples

Hi to all!

Iam doing some handover tests with MobileIPv6 and i have a wireless 
conection with 2Mbit rate.

Because i would like to test the handover losses in the network i need 
some MPEG2 samples which
have a bit rate less than 2Mbit/s. I only have samples with a rate of 2 
or more Mbit/s, which means that
the network is overloaded and looses will occur, not because of the 
MobileIPv6 but because of the limited
bandwith.

Does anyone has or knows where i can get MPEG2-PS samples with a bit 
rate less than 2Mbit per second ?
