[vlc] Mozilla Helper Application Script

I am a new user of VLC and wanted to start out by contributing 
something, no matter how small. I wanted to use VLC as a helper 
application for my Mozilla browser. I know there is a Mozilla plugin, 
but as I said, I wanted to use it as a helper application. Anyways here 
is a perl script I use to provide this functionality.
