[vlc] EOF problem

Hi,

I'm getting the following problem when I try to play
an mpeg (evert.mpeg). Also I've problem with playing
an mp3. I've built vlc on Redhat Linux. Windows media
player is able to open it. So there is no problem with
the mpeg file. I guess I've done something wrong while
installing vlc. Can anyone help me?
