[vlc] Some minor issues with VLC.

 Hi,
    We are using VLC as Media Player in our machine.
  We are very happy with it.

  We have faced two problems :

  1. When we encode a movie for lesser frames per   
     second (say 25 fps movie to 6 fps movie) and 
     play it using vlc, video playback is not 
     resuming after pause where as audio playback 
     resumes. What might be going wrong? (This is not
     happening with the original movie.)

  2. Our machine doent have enough processing power to
     decode higher bandwidth divx or mov media. Thats 

     why vlc prints "[00000142] ffmpeg decoder error:
more than 5 seconds of late video -> dropping frame
(computer too slow ?)"
     Here in some cases, we may not need 
     synchonization. We are happy even if its slower 
     than realtime. What change should I do?
