VLC cannot do this ATM, although this may be possible in the next
release. Currently, the easiest would certainly be to remux the 2 files
in a single one using avimerge (from the transcode project) ogmmerge
(from the ogmtools), mkvmerge (from the mkvtoolnix) or any other muxing
tool.
