[vlc] Xvid freeze

Hello
 
      almost 99% of the AV stuff I have can be play in VLC but this 2 movie that I have.
It start the movie fine then it freeze after 2 mins then it just hangs there and never move foward.
I use Gspot to identify what the file is and it came up to be a compress file as rar/zip which is impossible cause i try to uncompress it asking for other sections which dont exist. I try to use BSplayer to play it and it dont recognize the file. These 2 file is 1 complete movie cut up into 2 sections..the movie starts and plays but dont continue.  Any help is much appreciate
