[vlc] openH323 and SIP protocol

Hi to all, well yeah I am reviewing the openh323 project and I saw
that this software uses the h261codec, and the VLC uses the h264, I am
not sure but I Think maybe there are problems with this.......In
another way I am reviewing the SIP protocol, my idea is to make a MCU
using this protocol, and to use it with the VLC..did you prove it??
