[vlc] bookmarks bug?

This may not be the place to mention this, and if it isn't i'm sorry. I 
noticed that when i make a bookmark during a movie, close vlc then open 
it again the bookmark is gone. Is this a bug? Also, such a great program 
deserves an equally great interface. Perhaps having a skinning contest 
with prizes will get some decent skins submitted ( I didn't care for the 
ones listed). Anyway, great app and keep up the great work.
