[vlc] debian sarge mcast

I just set up a sarge debian box, mainly to benefit from the auto 
hardware detection, etc.

Followed the instructions for download and install, vlc runs fine on 
the desktop playing MPGs.

But when I attempt to pick off a multicast stream, the following error 
shows in the log

	vlc no access_demux module matched "udp"

Should this work out of the box (like Mac and Win) or do I have to 
enable something inside linux?

Should I go back to sid?
