[vlc] VLC and Matroska on Red Hat 9 (was Re: VLC)

With help from the matroska IRC channel:

Installing the libmatroska-devel-0.7.0-1.i386.rpm from
http://www.bunkus.org/videotools/mkvtoolnix/redhat/ seems to solve that 
issue.
