[vlc] problems using cygwin

Hi,

I'm trying to compile VLC under windowsXP with cygwin using the following script, but it doesn't work. I get a error message saying : 

" checking for libdvdcss.a in /libdvdcss ... no

configure: error: cannot cd to /libdvdcss ""

Can anybody tell me the problem ???
