[vlc] problems to compile with cygwin

I get this error message while using cygwin on windowsxp :
" unable to cd to /libdvdcss "
what is wrong with the -tree- command ??
i'm using the script :
--enable-livedotcom --with-livedotcom-tree=/usr/win32/live.com/liveMedia \
