[vlc] Red Hat / Fedora Release

I plan on releasing 0.7.1 for Red Hat 9.0 through Fedora Core 2 Beta, 
once Fedora goes into their 'major version slush' which is scheduled for 
Wednesday.  Just so you guys know.
