[vlc] qte video_ouput

Hello all.  I'm running vlc in opie (thanks Jean-Paul), however,
when the window fires up it draws straight to framebuffer, and
not in an app window.

Is there a toggle for video output to have in a sized screen.
I'm using a web cam and need 176x144.

how do you do that if possible.
