[vlc] (edit)b-frames enabled DivX5/XviD video flickering

I just tested a video without B-frames and it played
OK.
And I checked the 1-pass video and it hasn't got
B-frames neither. So the problem comes down to this:
B-frames enabled video can't be udp streamed by vlc.
