[vlc] Mac OS X Feature Request...

Hello,

	Just a small feature request.  It would be nice to be able to activate 
subtitle tracks and flip between them by using a keyboard sequence.  
This would primarily help out when watching a video full screen and 
suddenly realizing that you've forgotten to enable them :P
