Sal, i have noticed problems (file truncation) downloading .bz2's with Windows Internet Explorer.  i suggest you ftp to the directory and get the file that way.  or maybe try a different browser.

I just downloaded and decompressed it, and it seems pretty ok to me...
What is missing exactly ?
