[vlc] not installing on Fedora Core 2

I cant get VLC to intall on my computer. I am running Fedora Core 2.
every time I try to install I get this message:


[root at localhost vlc]# rpm -U *.rpm --force

        libdv.so.4 is needed by (installed) gstreamer-plugins-0.8.1-1
[root at localhost vlc]#


I have gstreamer-plugins-0.8.1-1 and gstreamer-0.8.1-1 installed also
I have libdv-0.103-1 installed


why wont it install??
