Not really.  The LIVE.COM code doesn't require that the receiving 
computer's clock be accurate (e.g., compared to UTC) - just that it's 
inaccuracy doesn't change significantly over time.

The 'presentation times' that the LIVE.COM library returns (based on RTCP 
"Sender Reports") are accurate, but are based on the sender's clock.  If 
the receiver's clock drifts significantly compared to this, then it's up to 
the higher-level application to figure out what to do about this.
