[vlc] Re: problem running after compile on windows

Hi,
Your problem is with Linux permissions. Try to type that on cygwin..: 
Go to the folder where u installed vlc and type: chmod 777 *.
Not only vlc.exe, u will need to give permission to the folders that vlc needs.
