[vlc] BDA driver support in VLC?

Hi,

More and more DVB-(T,S,C) and ATSC cards are supporting BDA (Broadcast
Driver Architecture). Is someone looking into supporting that as it would
give VLC a uniform interface towards digital and analog TV cards on the
windows platform.
