[vlc] question about audio tracks and subs

greetings,

   let me start off by saying thank you for the time and effort that 
everyone on your team took to develop this absolutly AWESOME technology. 
hats off to all of you.
   ill try to make this quick since i know you guys do this in your spare 
time. question: i love watching anime in japanese with the english subs and 
i was wondering if there was a way to always make it play like that, as 
opposed to always having to turn on the japanese track and english subs 
every time. also, is there a way to make those japanese tracks and english 
subs permanent to the file so that when i burn it onto a cd, it plays it 
that way. thanks for the time and also i would like to know what address to
