[vlc] Closed captions

Thank you for offering VideoLan as free software.

I have a hearing problem, so I use the closed captions when watching TV
 or DVDs.  I note that VideoLan does not currently support closed
 captions.  You would be doing a service to all hearing-disabled folks
 if you would include this ability in one of your updates.
