[vlc] RTSP on Linux does nothing.

I built the daily build on my RH Linux box so that I could use RTSP.
However, when I tried using RTSP it didn't seem to do anything.  It works
fine on the Windows binary distribution.  So I used Ethereal to see what
kind of RTSP requests were going out on the network.  Turns out that no RTSP
packets were being sent out.  Anyone have any ideas on this?
