[vlc] HTTP interface in 0.8.0 test1

Hi all, 

  I have downloaded this new version and the HTTP interface doesn´t 
work properly. First you don´t have all control sentences that 0.7.2 
website has (simply copy the website from the last version to the new 
one) and also if you want to add a file to the playlist you haven´t any 
response. 

  I have VLC Win32 prebuilt binaries with W2K pro SP4
