[vlc] Remote Display windows help

Hi,

Let me first tell you what my problem is.

I have many PC's distributed on the net(running windows - vlc) and i 
want to control them remotely by another PC running windows.
I dont want to use VNC, PCanywhere, etc..(These tools display the whole 
remote Desktop). I want to open an application(vlc) to the remote PC and 
to display only the one application to my local PC(like exactly the 
XWindows to the linux).

Does anyone have any idea...?
