[vlc] Can VLC stream an MPEG2 source as PS instead of TS?

Hello, all ...

We're trying to set up a test harness using VLC. We have an Optibase
machine that streams content as MPEG PS over UDP. We want to set up a
VLC instance to do the same, but it appears as though VLC can only
stream as MPEG TS e.g. it's the only one enabled in the Encapsulation
Method menu under Advanced Output.

I'm using the OSX version of VLC. Is there a way I can make VLC stream
content as MPEG PS, either via the GUI or the CLI?

Regards,

John
