[vlc] Question

Hallo,
I do not exactly understand your rights rules. Therefore I ask you the following. I like your VLC Media Player very much. The next time I want to replicate 300 or 500 CDs with a short Video of our music project regarding crossover between Pop and Classic. And I want to add your media player on this CD. 
Is this possible?
Have I to pay for it, or it is free?
