[vlc] Found strings in a commercial program

I found your site by finding the following strings in a commercial program 
called VX30 encoder by MAUI X STREAM.
This is the string I found.

Based on "NUT Open Container Format DRAFT 20030"

You can find me gabbing on pearpc.net.
This is  a open source project that was plainly taking by this company
and sold as their own. Along with others XVID, VORBIS
The string that I found was inside of their flagship program that they sell 
for 899.00 bundled with other software. VX30 server, Encoder and Live.
With no mentions of GPL anywhere.
