[vlc] VLC server problem

Hello VLC team :)
I have next problem: when I start VLC streaming server the clients can't 
listen  sound I trying to stream video and audio from my TV tunner. I use 
Linux version of VLC.
That is the command who I start my server:
vlc -vvv 
v4l:/dev/video:norm=pal:frequency=7668:size=320x240:channel=36:adev=/dev/dsp:audio=0 
--sout 
'#transcode{vcodec=mp4v,acodec=mpga,vb=384ab=96,vt=800000,keyint=80,deinterlace}:std{access=http,mux=ts,url=195.225.252.30:8080}'

I try without ab=96 but nothing happend.Can you help me.
The problem is not hardware because everything works properly :
