[vlc] live.com streaming support

Hi, under Gentoo, when I emerge vlc, I see that there is an option for
"live" which it says 

[-    ] live (media-video/vlc):
Enables LIVE.com support

is this flag the needed one for enabling VLM(?) and getting RTSP/VoD
Support? (different from http streaming which obviously Windows Media
Player does not support)
