     Hello guys,
  I am trying to capture video from an external DVD player wich is connected to a TV convert I get the follwing error.  
   
  Stream_out_transcode debug: Late Picture Skipped.
  any one tell me what do I need to do to to stream this DVD movies. I am using windows XP. It works fine if I play it from the pc,but I can't figure out how to get it to stream from the external DVD player which is attach to the TV Convert using DIRECTSHOW.
  I need to convert or decode data to what so I can stream it...
  ANY ONE CAN HELP
