[vlc] A file pulldown menu isn't indicated in the menu bar.

Before, a Macintosh OS10.3.4 was started from HD with the outside, and 
VLC was being used.
However, an operation pulldown menu such as a file menu isn't indicated 
even if VLC stands and it is raised when an OS is upgraded in 10.3.7.
What kind of thing is it?
