[vlc] Request

THere is only one thing that I can't stand about VLC (THe WIndows version)

WHen clicking the horizontal scroll bar to advance/rewind, it should move to the absolute position clicked, not + or - some fixed amount because it's SO EXTREMELY ANNOYING that way.

Please fix this, and sanity would be returned to normal levels.
