Yes, no problems whatsoever.

Well, I have to correct myself from what I said earlier. I do see media
errors:

	Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: hdc: media error (bad sector): status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: hdc: media error (bad sector): error=0x30
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: ide: failed opcode was 100
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: ATAPI device hdc:
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Error: Medium error -- (Sense key=0x03)
	Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Unrecovered read error -- (asc=0x11, ascq=0x00)
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: The failed "Read 10" packet command was:
	Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: "28 00 00 24 83 a2 00 00 40 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 "
	Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: end_request: I/O error, dev hdc, sector 9571976
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Buffer I/O error on device hdc, logical block 2392994
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Buffer I/O error on device hdc, logical block 2392995
	...
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Buffer I/O error on device hdc, logical block 2393056
Feb 12 22:56:53 emyn kernel: Buffer I/O error on device hdc, logical block 2393057

About 63 blocks. So you were right afterall :)

I didn't think so because it was only at a single location on the DVD,
which I thought was unikely. But 63 blocks is not a single location
anymore :)

Well, maybe VideoLan Client could handle it more gracefully. Skipping
just a few frames ? None of the DVD players did. They all stopped
playback. Maybe because 63 blocks is too high a number ? Still...

Anyway, I'm happy this is just a media error. Thanks for your help !
