[vlc] VLC eats memory with PTS errors

I am running VLC 0.7. on Windows CE 5.0. I have noticed that when you get
PTS errors in the audio that it seems to eat memory. This also appears to
happen on VLC 0.8.0 on Windows 98. It isn't as noticeable on my Windows 98
because it has a lot more memory.

The "load = 26, total = 96493568, avail = 71618560" is the memory load in
percent, total memory, memory available. You can see how the avail keeps
going down. It goes down as much as 600K in 1-2 seconds. Maybe video is
doing the same thing.
