[vlc] Help

Dear Vic, 
Please help, I have downloaded VLC and I am able to watch the movie, but my question is how can I download that onto a disc to watch on my DVD player, I can only watch it at the moment on my pc, the VLC screen doesn't have a copy or save button. So can you please help me.
