[vlc] mode 2

Hi everybody,
I'm writing you to ask for a new interesting feature. I'm talking about
format MODE 2 for CDs

I guess you've already heard about this. MODE 2 is a very useful format used
expecially to extend the capacity of a CD-R in order to store on it video
files (in some formats) up to 798 MB for 703 MB CD-Rs.
Well, what I'm asking you is to add VLC the capability to read such a format
 If this is done:

1) Even Linux users will be able to read MODE 2 CDs;
2) Windows users will stop depending from Windows Media Player for that task
