okay, so i tryed `vlc -S sap`. There are no errors anymore about missing 
sap stuff.
But there is still the problem that the playlist is empty.

If i sort the playlist by "playlist -> view items -> by category" i can 
see a SAP folder,
but this is also empty.

As i understand it right there should be a request from vlc to the 
multicast server
(224.2.127.254), but with tcpdump i cannot see such a request.
