[vlc] using vlc with active desktop

I has found a very cool use for the vlc web interface under windows. 
although you could probably do the same thing with kde I havent tried yet.
I have modified the standard web interface that comes with vlc to be active 
desktop friendly. I know I have posted that before but this is version 2.0.
It even includes a bar graph for showing the current volume level. thats the 
little red bar to the right of the volume buttons.
Oh yea this one is a batman theme, next one will be a LCARS theme, you are 
not geeky enough if you dont know what lcars is.
