[vlc] Re: VLC menu choices no longer in English

Hello,
I just became a member of this list and I have a very basic question: Is it
possible to save a video in a sort of VLC format document so we could edit a
video?
Macintosh G5/1.8, 1.25 GB RAM, MacOS 10.3.9.
