[vlc] Vlc 0.8.2 and mpga files

Hello, When I try to play a file with following charatheristics:

File Xvid video 720x576 20.00000 frame/sec
Audio: mpga, 12000 hz, 32 kb/sec

(HAS_INDEX_IS_INTERLEAVED)

Video is ok but audio bad. With BsPlayer and Windows media Player I have no 
problems.
There are some problems with mpga audio file or other? What i can do?

Vlc (version 0.8.2) gives me this message:
