[vlc] vlc:quit and transcoding

Hello again ...

 From what i've found out by googling, this should work (I think):

./VLC ~/work/Preview1713420.trp  
:sout='#transcode{acodec=a52}: 
standard{access=file,mux=ts,url=Preview1713420_transcoded.trp}'  
vlc:quit

... but it doesn't.  The output is 0 bytes (which I thought the :sout=  
instead of --sout was supposed to fix)?
