[vlc] Re: Gui won't start

I don't have a vlcrc file in my .vlc directory, so I figured it must
not be config related...
 
Did some searching on the Gentoo Forums and found my answer:
Updated /etc/portage/package.use with
media-video/vlc dvd nls xv bidi truetype wxwindows imlib matroska faad png
and re-emerged.
