[vlc] generating sdp on windows

Hi,

I just want to know how I would do to gererate a sdp
file with vlc running on a windows machine. I'm doing
the following:

vlc.exe -vvv --reset-config --no-audio
rtsp://143.107.231.226/capture.sdp 
--sout "#transcode:rtp" 
--sout-transcode-vcodec="mp4v" 
--sout-transcode-vb="64" 
--sout-transcode-scale="0.5" 
--sout-rtp-dst="143.107.231.226" 
--sout-rtp-ttl="127" 
--sout-rtp-sdp="C:\uga.sdp"

but the "--sout-rtp-sdp" option doesn't seem to
generate or show in the screen any information about
sdp (like vlc running on linux does).
