[vlc] Circular reference on website to VLC 0.8.2

The page at
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html, has
a link labeled "VLC 0.8.2-test2 or later", that brings
up the page (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html)
from which to select which operating system the user
is running, but the OS X icon on that page just leads
back to www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html,
where there are no links to download version 0.8.2.
