Newbie again.
So far I tried many a time and never successfully played any video yet.
Different error for different video. I have collection of DIV3 (vlc said
it's DIV3), rm not playable (as predicted) and vcd not playable (error
messages below)
/home/zhangweiwu> vlc vcd:///dev/cdrom
VLC media player 0.8.1 Janus
title[0] start=4950
title[0] end=6343
title[1] start=6343
title[1] end=135133
[00000183] vcd access error: unrecognized entry points format
I only have several VCDs to test, so perhaps I happen to have wired
VCDs. But the VCDs play fine on mplayer on Linux, on Windows it has an
autorun program to play it. Any suggestions?
I also tried to open the VCD DAT file in the MPEGAV folder with VLC,
which caused segment fault in VLC.
