[vlc] multicast on wmp

Hi,
Going thru the mailing list, I saw it mentioned that the the vlc's mpeg-ts over UDP can be played on WMP using the moonlight plugin.
Can it be used to receive multicast also?
If so, could someone tell me where I can get this plugin?
